Ask a question
What is RCS Business Messaging?

RCS lets brands send rich, interactive messages — images, videos, carousels and action buttons — directly in the default messaging app on supported Android and iOS phones.

How is RCS different from SMS?

SMS is plain text. RCS adds a verified sender identity, rich media, read receipts, delivery tracking, quick-reply buttons and suggested actions, for an app-like experience.

Do all phones support RCS?

Most modern Android phones support RCS and support on iOS is growing. Where a phone doesn't support it, the message automatically falls back to SMS, so everyone on your list receives it.

How does the verified sender work?

Your business name, logo and a verification badge appear in the conversation. Customers can see the message is genuinely from you, which builds trust and reduces spoofing.

What do you handle during setup?

Everything: brand verification, carrier registration, template design and approval, technical setup and the first campaign launch.

Can RCS connect to my CRM or marketing tools?

Yes. We integrate RCS with your CRM, website or marketing platform through APIs for triggered campaigns, lead capture and automated follow-ups.
