Our services
TakeSolution provides digital marketing services, including bulk SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and voice campaigns, Google Ads, graphic design, website design, social media marketing, content writing and CRM development. The exact scope, deliverables and fees for each project are set out in your proposal or service agreement.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the materials we need, on time.
- Review and approve work promptly.
- Make sure the content you supply is lawful and that you have permission to contact everyone on the lists you give us.
Fees and payment
Services are billed as set out in your proposal or agreement. We may pause work if invoices are overdue. Refunds are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.
Campaigns and platforms
Messaging carriers and advertising platforms such as Google and Meta have their own rules and approval processes. We work within those rules, but approval decisions are made by the platforms. We may decline content that breaks the law or a platform’s policies.
Results
We work hard to achieve the best possible results, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, numbers of leads or sales.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content and materials you provide. Final deliverables become yours once they have been paid for in full. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and methods.
Confidentiality
Both of us agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during a project.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned.
Ending a project
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice, as set out in your agreement. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
Changes to these terms
